BVALL NEEDS YOUR HELP! Volunteer

As a non-profit, volunteer run organization we need  new committee members with new ideas and specific skills to keep this unique program operating for our community.  We’re looking for team members in the following positions:

Our organization is run by a committee of volunteers. Help us renew our organizational team, a team that is collegial and supportive. We are looking for passionate lifelong learners, for team players who will contribute their ideas and experience. Website Manager

  • Update and maintain website including: new series information, series registration status, special announcements.  Contact Us!

Registration/ Membership Committee.

  • Oversee, with Treasurer, registration through software program.

  • Check-in registrants at each series..

  • Collect mail at post office on a regular basis. Contact Us!

Program Committee.

  • Plan and develop programs for the BVALL year by identifying speakers.

  • Assign a Course Coordinator (CC) and contact speaker to collect his/her bio, the program description, and the delivery dates.

  • Draft speaker contracts and ensure payment to speaker. Contact Us!

Communications Committee

  • Email members announcements, reminders, cancellations, etc
